My overall experience has been overwhelmingly positive. Before working with Revenue River, I was resigned to the idea that agency work is inherently stressful and that running into mismanagement and internal chaos is unavoidable. Eric's leadership has challenged that assumption and I am grateful.

I like that both the CEO and team manager took the time to personally interview me.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are encouraged to extend trust to one another and discouraged from falling into toxic workplace habits such as competing, arguing, and blaming.
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy the work that I do, and I feel confident knowing that I can push back when my workload is getting too overloaded.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
While health insurance is becoming harder and harder for small to medium-sized companies to afford, I am grateful that Revenue River continues to offer insurance benefits.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Eric and the rest of the team leaders are disciplined and constantly looking for ways to better themselves. Not only does this make them more effective as leaders, it inspires employees to follow suit and work harder to put their best work forward.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Rather than focus purely on experience, Revenue River hires employees based on their compatibility with company culture. I think this really shows. My team is filled with proactive thinkers who compliment each other. I can honestly say, I like every single one of my coworkers.
