So far (10 months in) I have nothing but positive things to say about the people, the culture, the managing partner and the senior leadership team in general. This company knows what it wants, what it will take to get there, and who should be in what seat on the bus while traveling to that place.

Everyone is exceptionally smart and willing to help anyone at anytime.

Not knowing what may be thrown at you that wasn't planned.

A continual effort to level up the company, us as individuals, and themselves to be better.

It's a nit-picky thing, but I think we've busted out the seems of our current location.

Egos are checked at the door. Everyone is on the same mission... To solve for our clients and better all of our professional and personal lives while do so.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Things moved quickly. It wasn't the shortest of processes, but it wasn't due to meetings not being set up or calls not proceeding. Everything seemed to move rather smoothly with no wasted time.
