I'm challenged in my role and I'm never bored. I have creative autonomy to add value to any part of this organization. This isn't a clock in and clock out sorta place.

It is very efficient at weeding people out who won't fit here. The process isn't difficult, it just get's straight to the point as to whether or not you're a good fit for this environment.
