What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's really hard to pinpoint the most positive aspect, but we have dogs, we have fun, and everyone is helping each other in any given moment.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It wasn't based on any sheet of questions. Discussing job experience was situational, and everyone I met with wanted to get to know me as a person rather first. Our culture is number 1 for a reason.

The leadership team is effective in making the best possible decisions for the agency at the right times. They are all about keeping the great culture we have first and foremost, and prioritize personal and professional development with everyone at Revenue River.
