We have a great group of people. We all enjoy working with one another and are always there to help each other out.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked that it wasn't too stuffy or corporate and it was just about how I could fulfill the job as much as I could fit in the culture and the people.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They want us all to succeed, but not at the expense or harm of anyone team member. They try to maintain the integrity of our culture, but still take us to the next level.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people are the best. We all work really well together, but we are all friends as well. We enjoy seeing people outside of work as well as at work and can find people laughing and smiling most days.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love the challenges that happen every day, and that I am constantly learning, improving, and making myself and others better. I love to solve for our clients and to work with a team who cares about the results and are not just in it for a paycheck.
