The most positive aspect of our culture and environment is the high level of trust extended to everyone and the high level of transparency that is granted to us.

The best part of the compensation package isn't the typical financial perks - it's all of the intangible perks we get here like remote work options, flexible schedules, dog-friendly office, high trust environment, etc.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love coming to work every day to solve challenges and build cool things for clients. I love interacting with coworkers and getting to work on a variety of client projects, industries, and business models.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love that the leadership team isn't so far removed from the day to day grind and is still willing to roll up their sleeves to support the team and get things done regardless of what it is.
