The laid back environment. Everyone is an A player so work is always getting done with little to no latency.

I was allowed to set the pace of the interview and the questions were not black and white so I was able to provide context behind my responses
What do you like best about the leadership team?
One aspect that I enjoy about my leadership team is the open minded approach to situations and willingness to listen intently to employee's ideas, concerns, future goals (professional and personal) and input in decision making.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Two days a week work from home and unlimited vacation time. You are treated like an adult and expected to perform in a high trust environment. It really allows you to schedule and organize tasks at a time that is optimal for you rather than preset.
