Their willingness to listen and make changes, as well as their willingness to give me the respect of an energetic discussion, no matter what the outcome.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Process documentation, planning/sticking to plans, and forecasting goals with data based on market research and past performance. Hiring a PMO of at least 3 people is a good place to start.

Actually recognize employees. Hold themselves accountable. Stay out of every manager's way and let them manage their teams. Quit managing through authoritarianism.
