What are some of the best things about your team?We all help each other and we all get along pretty good. So its just a great environment to work in everyday. If we made a little bit more money this would be the best job on earth
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I just think that 15.50 cents is not enough to make ends meat. Even if we do make commission. I think we should start out at atleast 18 bucks n hr plus commissions and even that is barley making it in California.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Machine operators get same pay as floor workers. Females on the shipping floor get favoritism, people are allowed to put hands on employees and still keep their job
