What do you like best about the leadership team?
the leadership team is high energy and always looking to the future. There is a lot more transparency with the team to the rest of the organization about what our key initiatives are and why different decisions are made.

What did you like most about the interview process?
the team members I interviewed with were honest about the opportunities and pain points vs. sugar coating their experiences.

The interview process moved forward at a nice pace, and they were very respectful of my time. Other companies I've encountered would follow up months after the interview took place or not at all, so this was a refreshing change. Overall, RG Barry's interview process was a great experience.

My team. I work with incredible smart and talented individuals and our leaders let us make strategic decisions without being micromanaged while still holding us accountable for our deliverables.

Large strategy direction swing happen frequently. Combined with an unrealistic expectation how fast in depth requests can be turned around with small teams can lead to burnout

The freedom I'm afforded to make strategic decisions for my department without being micro-managed by my manager.

What would you most like to see improved at your company?
Increased headcount and faster recruiting process. There are a lot of expectations for my department and tons of ideas and vision for the strategic direction we want to tackle but with limited resources we aren't able to make improvements and tackle new initiatives as quickly as we'd like.
