Management on site is OK. Heard CEO and execs are horrible and/or all hate each other but are paid much better than site management/employees.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay is horrrible for staff employees. In some areas less than minimum wage.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Staff is fun, upbeat. Make environment fun to work in and around.
