The burn out is heavy and retention is low, i cannot stress how fast the turn over rate is for cx agents

The pay is competitive, that is all

It was fairly quick and the recruited kept in constant communication
What would you most like to see improved at your company?
Company culture, communication, leadership, health benefits, wellness stipends as this is remote first company
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would feel better about the compensaiton if our medical benefits were fully covered there are high premiums for the options available.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Leader ship hates their employees thye need to care about their employees for them to remain the average life span of an employee is about 6 months. unclear if there are PIPS as people go missing often
