Salary is solid for the role. Stock was a nice bonus.
Base pay is solid. Stock options were generous.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would feel better about the compensaiton if our medical benefits were fully covered there are high premiums for the options available.

They're super smart and fun to work with

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Leader ship hates their employees thye need to care about their employees for them to remain the average life span of an employee is about 6 months. unclear if there are PIPS as people go missing often

I like that the company is large but still operates like a startup.
