Ritz-Carlton Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

The yearly bonuses are very generous.

Not sure about what is best but it is good.

Fair and above average pay scale

All of it. I was a Special Education Assistant and I loved my job. It worked with my children's schedule but not my pay. I paid over $9,000.00 a year for our family of 4 four health care. I now pay under $400.00 a year. I have made more in six months than I did all year at the school. I still miss

your wellbeing is always remained checked. your quality of life is always enhanced

Our Health insurance is awesome and i am ao greatful that the company covers domestic partners too.

flexibility, time, compensation and milestone achievment

They give good salary, insurance, medical and accomodation as well.

Insurance,hourly wage compensation,annual salary compensate,retirement saving plan,raises,bonus and incentives,group health benefits,

Best health insurance and timely honest pay.

Review from Operations Dept

401 k and Health benefits

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Being paid for performance not the market rate of similar positions

Higher pay and a consistent schedule with the same shift

they don't care about my feelings

I often work overtime, but I don't get paid for it, and the basic salary is too low.

Marriott and Ritz-Carlton are in a race to the bottom of the compensation ladder

I believe it's more of a buddy-buddy relationship than who can get the job done better. There's also a seniority problem, so it's more of a bureaucracy than a meritocracy.

More hours would be good. I only get part time.

Review from Operations Dept

Had to work overtime during the busy season but didn't get any payment for that and kind of feel undervalued among the Chinese staffs

Review from Operations Dept

The benefits are terrible since the union got involved
