They are very open and friendly

Inclusive and recognize their staff.

Our manager is one of us. She's an easy person to talk to about anything. It's how we can improve it, and communicate with everyone so we work together. She's our manager and what she says goes but she is opens to ideas.

They are carefully picked and harvested. Some are not that good but they are either going to leave because they don't fit the culture or they change to the best version of themselves.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

The yearly bonuses are very generous.

Not sure about what is best but it is good.

All of it. I was a Special Education Assistant and I loved my job. It worked with my children's schedule but not my pay. I paid over $9,000.00 a year for our family of 4 four health care. I now pay under $400.00 a year. I have made more in six months than I did all year at the school. I still miss

Higher pay and a consistent schedule with the same shift

I often work overtime, but I don't get paid for it, and the basic salary is too low.

They believe in team work & always ready for the changes.

Communication, proactive, caring for one another, helpful, pushing each other to be better and do better, encouraging and being happy for each other's accomplishments.

The same as the top management, we should always find a way to fit in the culture or else find somewhere else. We are all different but diverse. we all have one goal and purpose. Embracing each other is a must to be culturally fit.

I like the fact that I did my interview with Managers that like there job and passionate about what they do and care about you.

Find a manager that cares about the team, the location, the property and the guests. Seems like all managers were concerned about their next promotion and only did the minimum and as soon as they could they were on the next job
