They are carefully picked and harvested. Some are not that good but they are either going to leave because they don't fit the culture or they change to the best version of themselves.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The same as the top management, we should always find a way to fit in the culture or else find somewhere else. We are all different but diverse. we all have one goal and purpose. Embracing each other is a must to be culturally fit.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
You are required to fit in the culture, this means that they will provide you with all necessary tools and resources to be one. How much its a must to invest in the local talents. you always have the opportunity to learn and grow. You have to grow!!
