More hours would be good. I only get part time.

Had to work overtime during the busy season but didn't get any payment for that and kind of feel undervalued among the Chinese staffs

i think they the ladies and gentlemen need to know what the ritz Carlton culture really means. no matter who is the staff you are working with try to show polite and generous behavior as you show to the guest

What would you most like to see improved at your company?
Find a manager that cares about the team, the location, the property and the guests. Seems like all managers were concerned about their next promotion and only did the minimum and as soon as they could they were on the next job
