interacting with the guests and my colleague cause i could get more knowledge about the Chinese culture and their lifestyles
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Had to work overtime during the busy season but didn't get any payment for that and kind of feel undervalued among the Chinese staffs
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
i think they the ladies and gentlemen need to know what the ritz Carlton culture really means. no matter who is the staff you are working with try to show polite and generous behavior as you show to the guest
