Higher pay and a consistent schedule with the same shift

I often work overtime, but I don't get paid for it, and the basic salary is too low.

Give more opportunities to those who just graduated college or with minimal direct hospitality experience. Even those who did not major in hospitality or never worked in a hotel can surprise you with what they can do for Ritz-Carlton.

Find a manager that cares about the team, the location, the property and the guests. Seems like all managers were concerned about their next promotion and only did the minimum and as soon as they could they were on the next job
