Robert Half Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Semi Annual Bonus for leaders

At this point I am currently only being paid an hourly wage and no benefits are offered.

Competitive base, but you're able to earn a fortune in commission, fees, and bonuses

The insurance benefits are good.

I haven’t received any benefits y

In addition to my base salary, the extra benefits, ie additional leave. I am not entitled to Stock/equity etc.

Performance based compensation plan structure

Insurance is offered, for temporary help.

Review from Finance Dept

Paid vacations and medical benefits are amazing

Review from Admin Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I discovered that others in similar roles, either within the company or at other organizations, are earning more, it lead me feeling of being undervalued. In addition, the salary increases do not keep pace with the rising cost of living. It was difficult to maintain a comfortable standard of living.

As a temp, you are given insurance, but the bare minimum. Technically, you can be paid for vacations, but it is very difficult to get.

Earning the same as white counterparts, more transparency in the pay,

No raises, no opportunity for discussion for comp

Actually receiving benefits. Negotiating market rate pay for contractors vs. market rate pay for contractors then RH takes off the top making it not market rate.

I dont feel good about the work I do. No one seems to care that I'm contributing nothing to the team.

Yes. I do not use the benefits

look at the market value and their compensations.

benefits are too expensive, not enough of a maternity policy and no paternity benefits, FMLA is not standard, they put people in management positions who should not be managers and do not have enough training and development of their staff

This is not a major issue, but I would be willing to stay on my project longer (it keeps getting extended) indefinitely for just $3/hr more.

I feel like the money is not split fairly among people who work based on the ethnicity

I would feel better if they tried to get me full time work instead of just short or temporary assignments.

Review from Admin Dept

This is not applicable to this situation.

A raise, as haven't been awarded one, even for cost of living for about two plus years

Improved communication, better pay rate to match similar positions & length of service, cost of living

Review from Admin Dept

Yes i feel undervalued and higher pay

Review from Admin Dept

I love working at the company but their pay and compensation is the worst.

Review from Finance Dept

they take fifty percent plus on contract jobs

All of my higher ups treat their employees as though they are not important. This is not from just my branch. I've spoken with others.

It's too low for the role, and the medical insurance is very limited
