- What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?Ask what is negative. Very few positive. Staff get told to do more with less. Safety is important but not always addressed in a fast manner. Work efficiency is none existent as saving money is most important. Items could be bought to make work safer and efficient, but spending money is not allowed.
