Working from home has been tough. Slack makes Rover seem so much smaller and it's harder to interact.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Rover pays substantially less than other companies. I feel like Rover.com could afford to pay us more than $15 per hour and still be very profitable.
