I think the the vacation policy is great for a US company but still not competitive globally.

They are very transparent and inclusive so I feel like we can always see their bigger vision for the company. And their love for dogs and the people who work here is always apparent.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team is truly collaborative and works to live the values of the company. People are fun to be around and work with, we take our jobs seriously but also have the ability to connect as people.
