Unworkable hours not enough hours to get the job done, clueless managers.

Run on seniority so working hard gets you nowhere. Never taking on full time employees, but part timers almost always go over their hours, and majority of overtime goes to full time staff. Virtually no motivating factors. Could scrap seniority and providing more overtime for struggling part timers.

Pushed to cut corners and work on, bullying and harassment by managers, hard to get holiday leave when you want it, managers try to make you take the pressure from their job, most of the time not enough equipment to do the job properly and if you do use the equipment they will criticise you

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Rate of pay is poor considering how high the cost of living is . The overtimr rate isnt worth it
