I have the pleasure of working with some of the smartest and most experienced people in my industry. My coworkers are great people. They value input and feedback and are very inclusive.
What makes you most happy at work?
The thing that makes me happiest at work is getting to interact with customers. I have the pleasure of sharing customer stories, which is a special privilege and one that I truly enjoy.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The CEO and executive leadership staff have created an very positive environment. I have not witnessed nor have I been involved in any political power struggles. People treat each other with respect at Sage Intacct.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I received a slight increase in my compensation when I accepted the role at Sage Intacct. It is inline with my salary expectations. The entire benefits package is very competitive with companies of similar size.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team at Sage Intacct are very inviting and inclusive. I have had the pleasure of meeting with each member of the leadership team and I am impressed with how smart and dedicated they are. The CEO has set a very positive tone, which has permeated down the ranks.
