I like being able to interact and collaborate with my fellow colleagues on different projects/assignments.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
That our bonuses are now about individual performance as well and not just how the company as a whole does.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that we have our Sage TV live sessions where we get to see our leadership answer questions from colleagues. I also like the Colleague Communications that come straight from leadership.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I like that Sage is taking the initiative to understand what the colleagues want. I feel like if I ever have an issue, it will be addressed or they will come up with a solution.
