Base pay excellent. Last years bonus was incredible.

we try to do so much and sometimes things don't get finished

genuinely have a great team. I love working with them. We work very hard but still have fun.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Genuinely very good people. Steve Hare is a great Leader. So proud to be part of the Sage team.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The Exco set expectations on behaviours. Poor behaviour is not tolerated. Its great that this is real across the entire organisation.
