They know how to joke around and talk about things not having to do with work some of the time
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are good at keeping in touch. Lots of informal video meetings where we get to see their kitchens/spare bedrooms/and home offices
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People work hard but they play hard. We sponsor happy hours and thematic parties for each season. Not to mention some charity work in the office! We made blankets for first responders. We packaged food for the poor in our cafeteria.
