the variety of tasks I get to be involved in, and how those help to improve customer experience

Leadership has gotten much better over the years. They really seem to be listening and are doing their best to maintain transparency
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
our drive to work together as one global company. It has taken many years to get to this point, but our collaboration is excellent
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
my issues are solely due to my longevity at Sage and the lack of promotions available. However, this has also greatly improved over the year.
