The fact that some people do care and really try and make a difference and I can associate with those types of individuals.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Ability to over achieve and have accelerators on the plans and also being rewarded for my own personal contribution regardless of the company pereformance.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The individuals, the diversity and the can do attitude - great qualities that exist within those that I tend to work with - the others are not of that calibre and do whatever it takes to get by.
What makes you most happy at work?
The sense of achievement and when I heard good news stories about the way a customer has been dealt with and or when an employee or colleague has done a good job. Great to hear about successes.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
We are so internally focused and there seems to be power struggles at the senior level. The difficult and hard decisions are not being made even when we are confronted by them and we just continue to operate very much in a solio'ed manner.
