What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's inclusive and feedback is genuinely valued and acted upon. You feel like you really are part of one Sage team despite us being spread all over the world.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As a global plc with central teams, it sometimes seems arbitrary to still have regional salary variances (given that we all do the same work, albeit in different locations)
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They communicate with us in an honest and open manner - they are clear on goals and visions and always have the time for Q&A whether it's supportive of what they are doing or not.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all have our own specialisms (which means we don't actually work together very often) but we still collaborate and make time to talk and check in with one another. It's not just about the work!
