Comp is below market, but equity is WAY below market.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Balance and empathy. They don't try too hard to jam core values down our throats. They talk about them, they recognize those who live by those values and they simply lead by example. Very refreshing!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The team is experienced so they know how to balance the importance of culture with the importance of doing the job we are paid to do. They treat us like "grown-ups" which is an empowering feeling! This feels like a very mature start-up company.
