Listen to their employees and compensate them

Pay us more, give us more job security
Not feed into managements poor values
When we go out to volunteer as a team
The company is not compensating their employees and working them to exhaustion
Other Saas companies are paying more for the same if not less work in the area (Canada BC)
Management needs to start putting trust back into their employees and not working them to the brink of exhaustion. Employees wont even take breaks so they can hit their daily dial target.
Listen to their employees and not pretend they listen to the Glint surevy as they dont care able the sales teams. They also need to stop micromanaging their employees. This lack of trust is driving employees to leave Sage
