There's a lot of enthusiasm from colleagues about working for Sage and that is infectious. This enthusiasm has continued while working from home.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We support and guide each other with challenges, but also share in each others successes. We all get along really well socially which I think is critical to a good team dynamic.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
There's clarity in the messages and communications that are released. It's clear what Sage's goals are and we're provided regular updates by the leadership team. The leadership team are concerned about colleague wellbeing and take action to demonstrate this, they walk the walk with wellbeing.
