What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am really happy with the bonus we can achieved, there are reasonnables, and the global compensation are more then enough compare to other companies I worked for, and regarding the global pandemic, I think we are well treated.
What makes you most happy at work?
The flexibilty, homeworking (improve a lot my efficiency and my personnal life), the fact I know I am working for a healthy company, and also I know my work and my opinions are followed when I am raising important issues.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I really appreciate the fact we can all learn from each others, discussing anytime about any topics, able to speak freely as a team, without feeling the pressure of the hierarchy. We also support each others in a global posisitve mood !
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I really appreciate the human aspect related to my job. I feel supported by my manager in my job, I can trust them, and they give to me there confidence. I also have opportunity to learn everyday from them. I really appreciate the flexibility to deal with my personnal life as well.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
From my point f view is the global serenity I can feel when I am working, feeling supported by my manager and my team, having a chance to evolve and learn when I propose to help my team or if I want improve my career. I realise I am lucky to work for Sage compared to my others exeriences.
