I'm an otherwise retired and financially secure person. I took this job primarily to contribute my knowledge and help out accordingly. I work from home and people listen my recommendations with very little nonsensical "back and forth."

More confident and decisive leadership needed to set clear objectives so that more time is placed in the execution and evaluation than in the initiation and planning phase.

While salaries are competitive, most are high enough for the area especially if you're a single income family.

They are slashing benefits and took away email forwarding to customer sites. So I feel disconnected and like they are not interested in having me as an employee.
