A company whose revenue is directly the labor of the front line employees should be offering competitive benefits for those employees.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
They are slashing benefits and took away email forwarding to customer sites. So I feel disconnected and like they are not interested in having me as an employee.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Health care competitive with smaller contracting companies not with our corporate sized peers. Why a huge company with a huge pool can't negotiate rates better than a small company with a smaller pool is beyond me.
