Communication and knowing the rules. I've been lied to about tenure retention and multiple other perks but the leadership doesn't care.
Although site supervisors do what they can and are usually for the employee the company ties their hands and doesn't allow them to reward employees who do their job.

They play golf together. I just work hard. One is a big guy that often tries to bully and is lazy. Because he plays golf with the boss he gets the raises.

Too many meetings, too much talking, there needs to be more time in planning and meeting should be used to discuss blockers and develop strategies when needed. Every meeting cannot be a strategy meeting. There should be a better shared recipe for scaling initiatives across the enterprise.
