As the new employee, I felt undervalued, exploited by executive management, and still being ignored by HR.

More support from management on reaching sales goals. Be realistic, how can we meet goals if there is no foot traffic ?

That I was contacted within a few days that I submitted my application. I interviewed that same week. It was very fast
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Stop clicks and gossiping, and sabotaging the new workers. The company wouldn't have such a high turnover rate. Stop taking (returning) back worn clothes, it comes out of our pay. This isnt "rent a dress" its Saks.
