Management does not supply the tools and supplies to employees to do their job appropriately. Demoralizing reviews of employees' performance. Special treatment given to some employees. Saks in Birmingham, Alabama is totally corrupt. I would not recommend working there.

Management needs to provide effective tools, a positive and motivating environment, and good communication to their employees.Saks needs to not demoralize employees!
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
No supplies; technology does not work, terminal are over 20 years old, poor communication to employees, and managers do not have a clue how to motivate employees.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
An even playing field for all employees, adequate supplies to do job, managers that actually help and motivate employees, technology that actually works, and having adequate stock.
