It's a job, and it (mostly) pays the bills. That's it.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Communication and taking time to properly implement ideas.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Quite a bit of vacation time, which is certainly nice.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Everyone is friendly and always willing to help each other out when needed.

What did you like most about the interview process?

Mine was easy...I had an in so I pretty much already had the job. Just a few simple questions and that was it. It was nice.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

There's not much, honestly. The people are cool so we make the most of it but with an uncertain future for the company and poor leadership, there's not much keeping morale up.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Lots of things. Ideas are quickly implemented then abandoned and with very little communication. It's all a cluster and doesn't seem to be turning around anytime soon. Oh but our CEO makes 32 million well-earned dollars a year.
