What makes you most happy at work?Just knowing that I can make peoples day and that I can make people laugh occasionally without even trying.
What did you like most about the interview process? The most positive thing about the interviewing process is we get to start the next day after the interview takes place.
What are some of the best things about your team? The team was smart and most people wanted to do the right thing. The office ran better when senior management was away.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?I have put in a request to work more than 7 hours a week, because i would love to make this a full time job. But the manager says no one is aloud to work over 12 hours a week. Meanwhile 5 other co workers work full time, 6 days a week, 8 hour work days. It is simply unfair.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Management needs to start acting like management. My co workers dont take the job seriously, and if someone gets a raise they should see it on the next paycheck. Not 4 months later. When i request time to work i would like to be listened to.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better? When i do get to work with my co workers, they dont do what theyre supposed to be doing. They will half the job and not do it correctly. Most of the co workers are 15-17 years old and if they dont do their job correctly they will use there age saying they dont know any better.
