The best part is consumer benefits
The fair market salary, bonuses and merit increases
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Getting paid as much as other people who don't do anything but are good at making the boss feel good about himself
I'm working in CA, and my pay only 10% higher than other state, but living expenses here are 50% higher than other state, I'm not feeling benefited via the company, not to mention, my vacation/sick times are low, mileages not pay for when I support remote sites, no bonus nor holidays gifts.

the collaborative atmosphere and environment
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
communication and HR need to raise the bar on hiring
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
everyone is not happy about the pay/benefit compare to our work.

work load increased, team quality decreased, under paid and under benefits, I proved my loyalty to company but company didn't do anything for me
