Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I'm working in CA, and my pay only 10% higher than other state, but living expenses here are 50% higher than other state, I'm not feeling benefited via the company, not to mention, my vacation/sick times are low, mileages not pay for when I support remote sites, no bonus nor holidays gifts.
