The compensation package is fairly plain, and doesn't really stand out. However, for me, it gets the basics done - a salary plus medical.

Extremely well done. The executives and founders take time to welcome new people. The HR and IT departments have your equipment ready. More organized than much bigger companies.

We get a few days off a year to do community outreach. In the past we've done under-served community education, prisoner rehabilitation, and anti-racism org donations... We also ask our partners to participate during the holidays
