Positive Reviews From Samba TV Employees

  • What did you like most about the interview process?
Getting opportunities to speak with various executive leaders to get the best view of the company's cultures and goals.
  • What makes you most happy at work?
Contributing and sharing my experience and knowledge.
  • What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The open-minded, trustworthy environment with a friendly approach.

Constructive Feedback From Samba TV Employees

  • What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The contractors and lowest level employees are not paid a living wage. Like so many businesses in America, those sitting at the top are absorbing hundreds of thousands of dollars in compensation and/or millions in profits while the rest of us struggle to pay rent. Stop being evil. Pay a living wage.
  • What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Not relying on contractors as a crutch and paying the lowest level people a living wage, particularly if the company is going to flaunt its millions in gross profits and growth year over year.
  • Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Being paid a living wage, obviously.
