What did you like most about the interview process?Getting opportunities to speak with various executive leaders to get the best view of the company's cultures and goals.
What makes you most happy at work?Contributing and sharing my experience and knowledge.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company? The open-minded, trustworthy environment with a friendly approach.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved? The contractors and lowest level employees are not paid a living wage. Like so many businesses in America, those sitting at the top are absorbing hundreds of thousands of dollars in compensation and/or millions in profits while the rest of us struggle to pay rent. Stop being evil. Pay a living wage.
What needs to change to make the company culture better? Not relying on contractors as a crutch and paying the lowest level people a living wage, particularly if the company is going to flaunt its millions in gross profits and growth year over year.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Being paid a living wage, obviously.
