Intellectually this is hard, and the intensity and pace is high. It’s demanding in Many ways and not for the faint of heart. People want to be here and want to succeed

People here work really hard and theres no hiding if you want to Coast a bit and carry on lots of extra curricular activities outside of work

People who perform well seem to love it here and stay for a long time, it’s very close-Knit, positive and fun. The core team is welcoming of new members of the family, if you’re into that kind of bond with coworkers. If you prefer to create a separation from work and distance yourself from colleagues and strive for work-life balance, this is not your company. People here work long hours and often hang out with each other after work

Very cohesive, multi-dimensional team. Would be nice to have more women and minorities but Samba seems better than average compared to Silicon Valley
