Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

To help employees out with schedules and work to get them ehat they need while still helping patients.

All benefits are crummy now, but working in healthcare one would hope there would be some benefit

better pay, better benefits, better leadership

Match regional pay, other healthcare facilities pay more

We all worked through a pandemic shile many were at home. We got vaccinated, went into COVID rooms, and walked around for entire shifts in masks. It feels like it never even happened. No meaningful compensation or true show of appreciation. Don't just make people "feel" compensated. Show them.

Workload and liability load is higher than compensation.

If they paid me fairly I would be much happier. It's so hard to be happy and do an amazing job when we are so overworked and underpaid

For HAVING to use Sanford Health for insurance, very expensive. No choice of physician.

Maybe it's because when we were in the middle of a 3rd covid surge we had to work with triple workloads without any compensation for burn out and stress. For months we gave our everything and got only the basic is return
