Making the residents happy and safe.

Many things provide me with job satisfaction, foremost is autonomy. I get to prioritize my work, being mindful of course situations involving patient safety. Using my skill sets to resolve issues is very satisfying.

I love my current role. I love our team and the elderly we care for.

The people that I work with make me the most happy.
Reputation as a quality, local employer is lagging
I doubt it can be meaningfully improved
Review from Operations Dept
The employees are not happy and they don't feel appreciated and they feel overworked so it's very hard to do our best when we are constantly stressed and overworked
Sanford has been known in the community to be too corporate, you pay for an "I don't know" answer. Physicians are leaving to go to competetor.
Poor quality nursing care at times, very little time spent with patients.
Horrible customer service, high costs. Listen to patient feedback and hire more staff with higher wages
More coworkers for evening shift. Better pay. More vacation time off. And we shouldn't have anyone to cover our shifts. It's stupid, if one of us calls in that it.
Get rid of the waste in management

Leadership seems to have a hidden agenda most of the time

Management needs to support current employees by way of good raise to make equality among workers doing the same job. None of that right now
Higher pay. Better management. Just treat employees better in general.
Review from Operations Dept
Our managers are given too much control over our day-to-day operations.

Work environment & expectation is too broad without fair compensation in a rural hospital. You are expected to work ER, outpt tx (which can be anything from injections, wound care, infusions or just about anything), surgical, medsurg & could be in all areas in 1 day. Fair compensation would help
Review from Operations Dept
Always working with a shortage of staff.

Hard to think of something good

Equality and fairness is needed
I’m not sure, I can’t really complain about anything and am happy with
