What do you like best about the leadership team?
Consistency- as in unlikely to change much.

Toxic positivity is a constant problem. The company mindset is brutally corporate despite attempts to be more "team-oriented."
Communicating. Ensure capacity and resources are sufficient to achieve objectives
Giving hands on experience to new employees
Being fair and actually listening to the employees. They only listen when they get in trouble.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Higher cash percentage than peer group
I get to enjoy a lot for being part of their bank

A increase to base salary
The pay doesn't match cost of living in my state.
Your manager will choose if you get a raise or moved to a different department. It should be based on how you work.

Collaboration and commitment from co-workers
Highly experienced and eager to roll up sleeves when necessary.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
One of the few good things about the company culture/environment is having good relations with coworkers. It's impossible to like everyone, but there are a few who manage to make coming to work worth it.
The people are generally good to work with.

Listen to the employees and stop trying to choose the direction you think they should advance. Treat them like humans instead of numbers.

Outsourcing some functions. There is not a clear process for handling escalated complaints.
